Alameda Island Aquatics is dedicated to developing world class
citizens and world class athletes. We are a member of USA Swimming,
the national governing body of amateur, age-group swimming and a
member of the Pacific Swimming LSC. Members of the Islanders range
in age and ability from five year old novice swimmers to nationally
ranked seniors.
The Islanders are holding
their Spring 2010 Open House and Novice Program April 18, 2010, 1PM
at the Encinal High School Swim Center. For more information please
see our flyer
and our primer.
This is a great opportunity to learn about the Islanders. If you
have questions the flyer
and
primer
do not answer, please
contact us.
All of our coaches, as members of the American Swim Coaches
Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and
certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United
States. This ensures that the time swimmers spend with the
Islanders will be both instructive and enjoyable.
We are constantly growing and training young swimmers to
maintain a well rounded competitive swim team. Thank you for
joining us. We are looking forward to meeting you. Please feel free
to ask
another member or coach any question you may have.
